About the Role The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities locally while supporting various HR operations. This role combines recruitment with operational HR responsibilities and plays a key part in maintaining HR compliance, supporting employees, and ensuring smooth site-level HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle full-cycle recruitment efforts in Cape Town, from sourcing and interviewing to offer stage and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create effective recruitment plans
Support local hiring needs by managing recruitment reports and data.
