As Healix Health's Recruitment Business Partner, you won't just fill vacancies - you will understand our goals and shape recruitment plans to support them. By anticipating future workforce needs, you can help our teams scale effectively and ensure we have the right talent, at the right time, in the right roles.

Working closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and oversee all recruitment activities and requirements, understanding resourcing needs and advising on routes and methods to find and source qualified and suitable candidates.  You will also ensure a positive candidate experience while adhering to HR best practices and legal requirements.
