Partner with hiring managers to accurately define position requirements and develop an effective sourcing strategy.
Support the business and assigned functional areas with acquiring talent, including attending townhall meetings and business update meetings for various initiatives.
Identify and partner with technical vocational schools and local workforce organizations.
Plan and coordinate on-site company hiring events, represent Client at local job-
fairs, and participate in any industry-related networking events.
Proactively source candidates.
Conduct phone screens to qualify and present candidates to the hiring teams.
Prepare, extend, and negotiate offers.
Compose and post attractive job advertisements.
Maintain data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
Communicate with hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
