Responsibilities
- Responsible for job posting, sourcing freelancers, selecting qualified candidates from a pool of applicants
- Endorsed qualified applicants to hring managers
- Proactively source candidates through online platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.), recruitment agencies, and networking.
- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the basic qualifications for open roles.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and gauge interest in the position.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring availability and timely communication.
- Provide timely updates to candidates regarding their application status, interview feedback, and next steps
- Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and any other pre-employment requirements
