Position Overview
Responsibilities - Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents at all levels.
- Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process.
- Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, including talent‑mapping insights, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency with guidance from TA partners.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to improve recruiting process and efficiency.
- Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate TikTok as a great place to work for all candidates.
This is a 12‑month contract.
