**Role Overview**

We are seeking an independent, highly proactive **Senior Clinical Recruiter** for a **1-year fixed-term contract** to completely own and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition function for Fresenius Medical Care in India.

As a **sole contributor for the country** , you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing all clinical and operational hiring across our pan-India dialysis network. Operating from India, you will report directly to the **Talent Acquisition Manager based in the Philippines** . This role requires a seasoned recruiter who thrives in a standalone capacity, comfortably balancing strategic alignment with stakeholders across India and cross-border reporting lines.
