What You’ll Do

• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and refine candidate profiles in collaboration with clients.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future positions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS.
• Set up and conduct interviews with candidates for all positions.
• Follow up throughout the full life cycle of the candidate.
• Set up interviews with clients and request feedback when needed.
