Job Description:
Key Responsibilities: •Oversee candidate sourcing process and talent pipeline by interviewing candidates, conducting interviews, asking probing questions and interpreting responses in order to advance candidates
•Initiate requisition creation and approval process
•Interview, assess and refer candidates to appropriate employment positions
•Investigate non-compete/non-solicitation agreements
•Advise hiring managers on pay/salary and recommend recruiting strategies and tactics that support the goals and direction of J.B. Hunt
•Extend offers of employment and negotiate offer components within predetermined parameters with little to no oversight from hiring managers
•Manage, plan, and facilitate activities for organizational recruiting such as company information sessions and interview days
