This role is ideal for two recruiters at the Cote Gold Sudbury Office. Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and assess candidates, streamlining the recruitment cycle throughout. Key responsibilities include interviewing, onboarding management, and using data to enhance recruitment tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines
• Screen applications and conduct candidate interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Oversee pre-employment checks and onboarding activities
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HR or related field
• Minimum one year recruitment experience, preferably in mining
