Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Program Manager is responsible for the planning, design, implementation, communication and administration of a variety of JE Dunn’s talent acquisition programs, projects, and initiatives.
Responsible for leading the planning, execution and administration of talent acquisition systems, processes, and programs such as initiative management and tracking, collateral management, contingent hiring partnerships, and ad hoc projects as assigned.Translate talent acquisition strategy into clear, actionable program plans, aligning initiatives, timelines, and metrics with business priorities.Maintains a pulse on best practices and trends; Drives continuous improvement using a combination of process discipline, creativity, and innovation to enhance the talent acquisition process.Identifies weak or non-existent processes, analyzes organizational impact and takes action to build or strengthen them as needed.
