Talent Acquisition Partner, Internal (1 year contract)

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you take ownership of and provide time delivery of efficient, high quality recruitment for all opened requisitions for business lines. You build and maintain partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, Country People Managers and key stakeholders to deliver workforce and talent acquisition plans.

Your responsibilities

As part of our team, you will:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, with full ownership: from strategic alignment meetings with hiring managers, sourcing actively for candidates, job advertising, screening CVs, interviewing to managing offers
• Gain valuable experience in searching & attracting candidates for a whole range of roles: from Engineering to Project Management, Finance, Procurement, Sales, People, Supply Chain etc., together with the opportunity to make an impact on key ramp-ups for the busi...
