Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you take ownership of and provide timely delivery of efficient, high‑quality recruitment for all opened requisitions across business lines. You build and maintain partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, Country People Managers and key stakeholders to deliver workforce and talent acquisition plans.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities, with full ownership: from strategic alignment meetings with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, job advertising, screening CVs, interviewing, to managing offers.
- Gain valuable experience in searching and attracting candidates for a whole range of roles—from Engineering to Project Management, Finance, Procurement, Sales, People, Supply Chain, etc.—and make an impact on key ramp‑ups for the business.
