Location: Faisalabad Direct reports: No TA Partner will be responsible for building talent pipelines for the current and future staffing needs of the organization. He/ She will have end to end responsibility for ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality candidates, while maintaining alignment with defined processes, and the use of key systems against defined metrics.
As an employer brand ambassador, this individual will be accountable for creating delightful candidate and manager experience whilst proactively building trusted relationships with the HR and business leadership teams.
