Position Overview
As a TA Partner, APAC you will manage full lifecycle recruiting for our growing Asia Pacific region and partner with a team of international key stakeholders such as Business Leaders, HRBPs, Total Rewards and HROps colleagues. You will support process improvement initiatives and participate actively in realizing the future state vision and strategic company goals. Our people are our greatest strength.
What will you do ?
Serve as a Talent Acquisition advisor to business stakeholders, guiding hiring decisions across the full recruitment lifecycle and providing an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience in the APAC region including China, India, Thailand, Australia, Japan, Indonesia and other countries.
