How you’ll make an impact

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for roles on the German-speaking market across multiple functions and Business Units.
• Act as an advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and talent solutions.
• Partner with local HR and business stakeholders to work actively on their hiring needs and build proactive pipelines.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices.
• Represent the company at external events and build strong employer branding initiatives.
