Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end pre-employment requirements of new hires
- Ensure completion and validation of government-mandated documents (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, TIN)
- Monitor submission of pre-employment requirements such as medical results, NBI clearance, and background checks
- Coordinate onboarding schedules and pre-start communications with candidates
- Maintain and update onboarding trackers and HRIS records
- Follow up with candidates to ensure timely completion of requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams (TA, HR, Payroll, Compliance) for onboarding readiness
- Assist in onboarding sessions and new hire orientation logistics
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
- Generate onboarding reports and status updates
