What the role is:
You will be an ambassador of SID who builds talent pipelines, curates meaningful candidate experiences and positions SID as a choice employer.
What you will be working on:
- Stay abreast of market trends and collaborate with key stakeholders to understand staffing needs.
- Work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to develop effective recruitment strategies to achieve hiring goals, source for the right talent and ensure sustainable talent pipelines.
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment process in a timely manner. This includes, but is not limited to, strategic sourcing, screening, selection, interviewing, preparing remuneration proposals, managing job acceptance confirmation and onboarding of new hires.
- Foster strong and positive relationships with key stakeholders and candidates.
