Scope of work:
Find and recruit the best talents to staff our teams in Luxembourg, Paris, London and Ottawa (and wherever the adventure will lead us!) Manage the full recruitment process: you work closely with the Hiring Managers and all different stakeholders to define the scope of work, identify the right sourcing strategy, screen and short-list candidates, feedback hiring managers and make sure that the hiring process runs as smoothly as possible for all parties involved.
