Position Overview
Requirements - Minimum 10+ years of recruitment experience in UAE
- Strong background in Oil & Gas and EPC companies
- Proven experience handling recruitment for major EPC / Oil & Gas projects in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of technical recruitment for engineering and project-based roles
- Familiar with UAE labor market and recruitment practices
- Experience sourcing candidates for disciplines such as Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC, and Project Controls
- Candidate must be currently available in the UAE
- Immediate joiners will be given high priority
