Key Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and mentor MSP sourcing team
Create sourcing strategy for complex/volume hiring
Ensure SLA, TAT, and quality metrics are met
Stakeholder management with recruiters, account managers, and clients
Market mapping, talent intelligence, and competitor analysis
Optimize Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, X-ray search usage
Drive diversity hiring and passive talent engagement
Reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking
Process improvement in the MSP delivery model
Must-Have Skills
Strong MSP sourcing experience
Team handling experience
Advanced Boolean & LinkedIn Recruiter expertise
Market research & talent mapping skills
Stakeholder/client communication
Understanding of APAC hiring compliance
Data-driven mindset (reports, metrics, SLA)
Ability to handle niche & volume hiring
