About the Role

TFP is growing — and so is our need to attract exceptional talent across our clinics and head office. We're looking for a hands‑on, strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to head our recruiting function and lead a team of two Talent Acquisition Partners.

This is a player‑coach role. You will carry your own requisition load while managing, developing, and supporting two busy TA Partners who are running full‑cycle searches across the network day‑to‑day. You set the standard, remove the obstacles, and make the team better — without stepping back from the work yourself.
