Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Executive you will play a key role in identifying engaging and onboarding top-tier candidates. You ll work closely with recruitment managers and client-facing teams to ensure timely and high-quality placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through various platforms and networks
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication between clients and candidates
- Support end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple job roles
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting across channels
- Build and nurture a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles
