Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors (Clinical preferable) plus MBA HR or Healthcare or Master Hospital Administration, or related field
• Min 1 plus years of experience in healthcare recruitment.
• Familiarity with NABH/JCI standards preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HRMS tools and Excel.

Role Objective

To manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles, ensuring timely onboarding, compliance with NABH and JCI standards, and reducing early attrition through effective handholding and engagement strategies.
