Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Execute Internship, Management Trainee, Fresh Graduate, and Employer Branding programs.
- Develop and optimize candidate sourcing strategies across various recruitment channels.
- Monitor recruitment effectiveness and probation success rates, and prepare recruitment reports using Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Willing to work onsite (Monday–Friday) at HO Sunter, North Jakarta.
