Position Overview
2-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, or a similar talent acquisition operations role, preferably within AP, if not SEA market
.Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality, candidate-centric experiences in fast-paced environments
.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently
.A consultative, solution-oriented approach when working with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
.High attention to detail, responsiveness, and a strong sense of ownership
