The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports key areas of the talent acquisition department, includes but not limited to; recruitment, screening, metrics & analytics, candidate experience, compliance, tools & technology, and employment branding. Serves as a front-line contact for Talent Acquisition Department and contributes in carrying out various Talent Acquisition programs, projects and process improvements. The TA Coordinator is detail oriented, well organized, and good with collecting and analyzing data.
