Role Purpose: Support an efficient, high-volume, and process-driven talent acquisition vertical within the People function at Quest Alliance by executing targeted sourcing on LinkedIn and Naukri, maintaining accurate recruitment data, and enabling smooth end-to-end hiring operations in alignment with organizational priorities.
