Must haves:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Strong experience recruiting within Utilities, Construction, Infrastructure, Engineering, or Nuclear sectors
• Proven ability to recruit for hard-to-fill technical and engineering roles
• Experience supporting hiring across both Canada and the U.S.
• Strong sourcing and passive candidate generation expertise
• Ability to work independently and influence hiring leaders
• Experience building talent pipelines and executing creative sourcing strategies
• Strong stakeholder management and recruitment consulting skills
