Your Role in VT Markets
We are looking for TA specialist to take on the challenge for the 360 degree of recruitment management. You will be working closely with the direct hiring manager, manage candidate experience throughout the interview process as well as managing all offer negotiation and closure.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Prior experience hiring within the CFD industry is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
- Act as a true business partner, providing hiring managers with market insights and real-world talent perspectives, rather than just processing resumes.
- Comfortable engaging with candidates across all levels, from volume hiring to executive-level or confidential searches.
