Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Business Partner plays a key role in delivering full‑cycle recruitment support. This strategic position focuses on attracting top talent, building strong partnerships with hiring managers, and driving creative sourcing solutions.

What you will be doing:

• Conduct full‑cycle recruitment for roles including sourcing, screening resumes, conducting telephone screens, interviewing, reference checks, and composing and extending job offers.
• Identify strategies and sourcing channels to build a pipeline of candidates for the assigned portfolio.
• Establish connections, maintain and leverage a professional online and social media presence, and prospect talent through your network.
