• Identify and attract potential candidates through various online recruitment channels and job portals
• Review applications, conduct initial screenings and interviews, and evaluate candidates based on approved manpower requests
• Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding coordination
• Administer pre-employment assessments and ensure accurate documentation of results
• Collaborate with the TA Lead, Supervisor, Manager, and hiring stakeholders to align expectations and recommend improvements that enhance hiring efficiency and quality
