- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand organisational needs.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth transition from the recruitment to onboarding process.
- Work closely with the operations team to understand their staffing needs, provide insights into the talent landscape, and contribute to the development of effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilise a variety of sourcing methods, including networking, social media, and job boards, to identify and engage with highly skilled professionals.
- Support hiring managers to develop/formulate job descriptions and interview questions as needed.
- Support initiatives to enhance Eeze’s employer brand, making it an employer of choice in the iGaming sector.
