This role delivers Serves as a strategic advisor and operational leader to the TA Leadership Team. Drives operating cadence, performance analytics, engagement, and strategic initiatives to enable execution excellence across the US TA function.
How you will contribute

Partner closely with TA Leadership to translate strategy into clear priorities, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.Drive execution discipline across the function, ensuring initiatives remain on track, aligned to milestones, and deliver intended impact.Own TA governance, operating rhythm, and reporting (QBRs, dashboards, executive updates).Leads TA performance analytics, KPI tracking, and insight-driven recommendations to improve speed, quality, cost, and experience.Drive commun...
