Key Responsibilities
Assist in posting job ads on various platforms Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers Coordinate online/offline assessments Help with campus recruitment events, career fairs, employer branding campaigns Create simple social media or marketing materials (if needed) Help the TA team with ad-hoc projects (market mapping, talent research, data cleaning, etc.) Support TA-related improvement projects (automation, templates, process enhancement).
Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. High level of organization, discretion, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
