Job Description

Under the supervision and in collaboration with the course coordinator, the TA will help teach, motivate, and engage nurses pursuing their bachelor’s degree on the topics of evidence-based practice, research methods, and knowledge translation.

Responsibilities

• Embrace learner-centered approaches to teaching.
• Mobilize students, guest speakers, and resources to offer exciting presentations, readings, and approaches to learning research, and discussions of research findings of relevance to nursing.
• Be open and well-versed in different research designs and methods.
• Participate in teaching and evaluation of students in the course.
