Working Conditions

• Role: Sales via chat or voice for a telecommunications company.
• Salary: COP $2,850,000 (bi‑weekly payments) + uncapped sales commissions.
• Contract Type: Indefinite term.
• Work Schedule: 42 hours per week.
• Operating Hours: Monday to Sunday between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. (two days off). Training + Nesting
