The Opportunity!
We seek a Systems & Technology Operations Coordinator to act as the regional interpreter of corporate technology changes, assessing risk, coordinating rollouts, and ensuring minimal disruption to retail operations across multiple branch locations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Active Directory, distribution lists, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams, to assess the impact of corporate IT changes.
- Build and maintain Power Automate flows; manage SharePoint site creation, permissions, and content governance.
- Coordinate regional use of the enterprise learning management system, ensuring training and compliance materials are current.
- Support MS Teams Phone systems, conference room technology, IVR maintenance, and call flow programming.
