Job Responsibilities: Provide daily support for systems software, networks, servers, and end-user devices via IT Helpdesk, remote assistance, and onsite support. Station at client sites or travel to multiple locations daily as required. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure for office and store locations, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and wireless systems. Administer and manage server infrastructure (on-premises and cloud), including AWS, DNS, Active Directory, DHCP, and domain controllers.
