Position Overview
Job Description
- Installing and configuring operating systems and common services products.
- Upgrading and patching the operating systems and common services products.
- Perform basic administration and check to ensure system is running as expected in terms of performance and security.
- Generation of Monthly Reports
- Develop & maintain technical and configurations documentation
- Evaluate and upgrade firewall and network hardware and/or firmware
- Support Level 1 Engineers during problem determination and resolution whenever necessary.
- Maintains standard operating procedures (SOP), processes and guidelines.
- Willing to do 24 X 7 standby
Qualifications
- Proven track record of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) or Windows Server systems.
- Experience with common services products such as Active Directory/DNS, Splunk, Symantec Endp...
