**Description:**
You will be the Safety Management Systems Engineer Staff (level 4) for the Aviation Safety and Airworthiness SMS team which is responsible for maintaining an industry‑leading Safety Management System.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Safety Management System Engineer Stf you will be responsible for driving safety culture, investigations, performance monitoring, data analysis, and documentation within the SMS.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Promote a positive safety culture by surveying the workforce and delivering SMS training as required.
+ Investigate employee SMS reports, coordinate with SMEs, provide feedback to originators, and track issues to closure.
+ Continuously monitor SMS performance, identify improvement opportunities, and report findings to process owners and leadership.
