Responsibilities

• Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint (pre‑sales).
• Serve as the primary technical resource on sales calls, answering and educating customers on features, specifications, functionality, and integration.
• Be conversant with networking applications and solutions.
• Assist identified customers with post‑sales training.
