As a Systems Engineer Manager within the Air System Analysis & Verification (ASA&V) organization, you will be responsible for leading a mixed team of systems engineers, software engineers, and other roles. You will be responsible for managing talent, growing the team to support business needs, while performing technical or programmic leadership tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing dual roles as functional leader of a group of engineers and as an experienced engineer leading a project or performing technical tasks supporting the ASA&V organization.
- Managing talent, including staffing planning, knowledge sharing, career development, performance reviews, training, and recruiting.
- Building relationships with team members, direct reports, and stakeholders.
- Supporting development of tools supporting F-35 data analysis activities.
