You will plan, coordinate, and execute environmental and reliability tests on optical systems, components, and subsystems to ensure they meet stringent qualification and lifetime requirements. The position emphasizes hands-on work with environmental chambers and test equipment, close collaboration with design, reliability, manufacturing, and quality teams, and detailed analysis of test data to drive design and process improvements.
