A hands-on, technically advanced role focused on troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing access control and security systems across multiple client environments.
Acts as L1/L2 escalation point for complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective actions
Diagnoses and resolves hardware, software, network, and system integration issues, including credentialing and access workflows
Works with vendors for deep technical support, patches, and upgrades
Requires expertise in platforms like LenelS2 OnGuard, HID/Mercury, Genetec, Suprema, ZKTeco, Axis, and Milestone VMS
Responsible for preventive maintenance, system optimization, and lifecycle management
Ensures proper documentation, system updates, and long-term reliability in mission-critical environments
