Position Overview
Most RF architectures are getting more complex, more crowded, and harder to scale. We are partnering with a high-growth, fabless semiconductor innovator in Cambridge that is radically simplifying RF front-end architectures. They aren't just making incremental shifts; As they move from core tech development into full-scale productization , the CTO team needs a RF Systems Architect to be the technical glue that brings the vision to life.
You will own the end-to-end RF system architecture , acting as the bridge between RF design, algorithms, embedded software, and test.
Defining the roadmap from RFIC blocks through to software interfaces and calibration.
Risk Mitigation: Identifying the unknown unknowns that impact yield and performance before they hit the customer.
Cambridge Tech Hub: Based in the heart of the UK’s semiconductor scene with a pragmatic, high-ownership culture.
