In this role, CAA Club Group is seeking a Systems Analyst who will be integral to the Application Support Team. You'll be responsible for Level 2 and Level 3 support for both member-facing and operational platforms. Candidates should possess experience in troubleshooting and system enhancements to meet the needs of both users and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer Level 2 and Level 3 application support
• Troubleshoot incidents using the ticketing system
• Manage integrations for Travel and Roadside services
• Perform system maintenance in line with SLAs
• Update documentation for applications and processes
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in IT or a related discipline
• 2–3 years in application support roles
• Familiarity with Java applications and Linux systems
