Position Summary:

As a Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and accuracy of technology systems that support order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment operations across Newtimes’ growing portfolio of North American retail and third-party logistics brands.

This role focuses on end-to-end validation of system workflows, ensuring that inventory levels synchronize correctly across platforms and orders flow seamlessly from eCommerce channels through ERP and warehouse systems. When issues occur, you will investigate root causes, resolve discrepancies, identify trends, and collaborate with development teams to prevent recurrence.
