Position Overview
2+ years of business systems experience including system requirements, systems help desk, systems training, business process design, technical documentation, or Agile/Scrum project delivery. Experience working on Salesforce implementations is mandatory
- Fluency in English
- Ability to analyze business operations and design automated solutions
- Strong human‑relations, communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Experience designing Salesforce solutions a must
- Candidate must understand Salesforce concepts like configuration, automation flows, validation rules, roles/profiles, integrations/APIs, reporting, and dashboards
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce data management tools, sandboxes, and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
