**Description**

We are seeking an experienced **Systems Analyst,** Experimentation & Training Integration Specialist to support the training and mission integration objectives of a Headquarters Element under an awarded contract. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing experimentation activities with partner organizations to support operational objectives and whole-of-society effects.

The ideal candidate brings experience in training integration, operational experimentation, emerging technology evaluation, and partner engagement across military, civilian, and industry environments. This individual will help identify, assess, and advance opportunities to field and integrate new capabilities—including **joint fires, Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD), and other emerging technologies** —to strengthen mission effectiveness, resilience, and regional partnerships.
