Job Description:

This position provides support to the 96th Cyberspace Test Group, 46th Test Squadron, Tactical Data Links Test Flight at Eglin AFB as a member of the Advanced Programs Lab (APL) system administration team. This support includes the following:


+ Provide system administrator support to include troubleshooting desktop workstations, replacing or upgrading hardware and software, user account and file permission management.

+ Work with a team to troubleshoot and apply innovative approaches to resolve unusual/complex issues

+ Ensure compliance with Defense Information System Agency (DISA) guidelines, USAF security updates and cybersecurity policies and procedures on Windows and Linux operating systems.

+ Build and support physical and virtual host environments.

+ Responsible for the functionality and performance of lab hardware and software systems.
